Web3 governance pack
How OSuite turns optional wallets, smart-account controls, simulation receipts, and machine payments into a governed enterprise surface.
What this pack is
OSuite should not read as “a workspace with some Solana support.”
The stronger product line is:
- governed on-chain actions
- workspace-owned agent wallets
- simulation-first execution review
- proof-backed machine payments
This keeps Web3 optional for the rest of the product while making it legible for enterprise buyers who need wallet policy, approval boundaries, and evidence after execution.
What already exists in OSuite
The current product already has real primitives for:
- tenant wallet setup and verification
- Phantom Direct attestation
- optional wallet policy profiles
- simulation and chain-execution projections inside the action envelope
- optional machine-payment receipts
- proof and replay surfaces that can carry Web3 evidence
The point of this pack is to present those capabilities as one governed surface instead of scattered implementation details.
The operating boundary
OSuite does not become:
- a wallet provider
- an exchange
- a custody product
- the final authority for chain settlement
OSuite does become:
- the workspace control plane that decides whether a wallet-bound action is allowed
- the approval and replay surface for sensitive on-chain operations
- the proof system that explains what happened and who approved it
PCAA remains the final authority even when chain receipts, payment receipts, or wallet attestations are attached.
The buyer-facing differentiators
1. Wallets stay workspace-scoped
The governed boundary should stay attached to the workspace, not to a personal extension wallet or a single operator mailbox.
2. Simulation comes before broadcast
The product should show action intent, simulation preview, wallet policy, compliance screening, and execution receipt as one review path.
3. Smart-account posture is policy language, not chain trivia
Enterprise teams understand spend controls, allowed methods, delegated execution, and sponsorship rules more easily than they understand chain-specific implementation details.
4. Machine payments become governed receipts
The valuable story is not “we can pay on-chain.” The valuable story is “paid-tool and agent-payment flows can be reviewed, approved, replayed, and exported as proof.”
What to activate next
For the next product phase, prioritize:
- wallet verification and buyer-facing tenant wallet posture
- Safe-style smart-account activation
- x402-style or equivalent machine-payment lane activation
- stronger compliance screening before broadcast
- an action-composer surface that makes the above visible in one place
Positioning sentence
Use this sentence when you need the shortest version:
OSuite governs wallet-bound agent actions with workspace-owned policy, simulation-first review, and proof-backed receipts, without turning the rest of the product into a crypto workspace.
