Terms of Use
OSuite provides governed approval, replay, proof, and enterprise assurance surfaces for AI agent operations. Companion Microsoft 365 app surfaces are a convenience layer and remain subject to the same workspace controls, approval policies, and account requirements as OSuite itself.
Service scope
Access to the Microsoft 365 companion requires an OSuite account and workspace. Subscription plans and purchase requirements are governed by the associated OSuite service agreement.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass workspace boundaries, approval requirements, or evidence protections when using companion surfaces or the primary OSuite control plane.
